80th Birthday
In 2017 we celebrated the club's 80th Birthday with a showcase event in the town centre during the day and a party in the evening at Hewell Bowls Club.
As a bonus to an excellent day, the street collection in town and the 'profits' from the evening's horse racing entertainment raised over £300 for the club's charities
As well as club members the party was attended by District Governor Peter Roberts,
District Governor Nominee Charan Bunger and
Past District Governor Paul Jaspal
and his wife Bala.

Also during the evening the Club President made a number of awards to club members:

President Debbie Roberts presenting Ken Pheysey with a 25 year long service award
President Debbie Roberts presenting a posthumous 50 year long service award for Reverend Alan White.
