The Bromsgrove Rotary Clubs 75th Anniversary celebrations will open at 1p.m. on Sunday 12th May 2013 in Sanders Park, Kidderminster Road, Bromsgrove and offers a full afternoon of family entertainment including line dancing demonstrations by “B.J.s Busy Boots” with the opportunity of “having a go” yourself.
There will be sports and games for young children given by qualified (CRB) coaches together with the chance to try out the “Rotary Mission” climbing frame in the recently refurbished play area, skate board demonstrations, face painting and a bouncy castle.
You can have a “flutter” on the duck races with the chance of winning a ten pound prize if you come first.
The formal opening of the new Sensory Garden which was funded by the club will be at 2pm and will be accompanied by a brass and pipe band which will be playing for most of the afternoon.
The Bromsgrove Bowling club will also be giving demonstrations and free tuition to interested parties who may wish to take up this popular past time.
