‘Musicathon’ in Bromsgrove to support BurnAid

Rotary in Bromsgrove www.bromsgroverotary.org.uk came together with the Bromsgrove Bluegrass Bash www.bromsgrovebluegrassbash.com to entertain the shoppers with a music event in Bromsgrove High Street on Saturday 9th July to support BURNAID www.burnaid.co.uk
BurnAid is a small local charity which supports burns survivors and their families at the Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham. These two Burn Centres are the only two for the West Midlands Region serving a huge population and extending over a seventy mile radius around the two hospitals. It was also a great opportunity to get out there and showcase what Rotary does.

Our thanks go as always to Andrew Wuzik who organised and staged the event supported by our President Tony Docherty and other members who turned out on the day to rattle buckets for the cash donations. Over £200 was raised on the day to support the charity.
